Time for a catch-up I think, after all it has now been nearly a year and time has just flown by.

First my finish on the stitch along for Hannah Green 1826

I really enjoyed this stitch along even though I got terribly behind and had to spend the first three months of 2026 catching up. It was worth it though because it is such a pretty sampler reproduction with bright, cheerful colours. 

Hands Across the Sea Stitch along 2026 - Maria Wales Newson 1838

 Another lovely reproduction sampler which I am working on 40 count Tabby Cat Linen in the colour way Lichen using Au Ver a Soie 100.3 silk threads. There are some cute motifs and we are being challenged with the amount of stitching each month which, I believe, should ease off as the year progresses.

I will post some more about my other projects later but for now I am signing off and hoping life will not throw any more lemons so I can keep up here! Take care,
