::England in November and the perfect opportunity to visit some beautiful Towns and Villages in North Norfolk and, of course, to don some of my knitted accessories::
::The photo above was taken in Walsingham where I was able to buy some Christmas food items::
:: We were staying in Holt and just so Friday could stretch his legs we went off to one of the magnificent Norfolk beaches which was basking in some very exotic weather for this time of year::
::At the beginning of December (photos below) we were off to the Medieval Villages and Towns in Suffolk for Christmas Fairs and dreaming of owning a romantic thatched cottage::
::Mid December and time for brunch (and some mulled cider) in the Pump Street Bakery in Orford, Suffolk::
::Followed by some Christmas Shopping at the Snape Christmas Market::
::Then home to our local The Peldon Rose for a Roast Beef dinner by an open fire::
::After a lovely Christmas Day with family it was off for a walk along the beach to watch everyone who dared dive into the cold waters to raise money for the Royal Lifeboat Institution::Thankfully for them we are still enjoying some very mild weather::
::I was always toasty and warm thanks to my lovely hats and scarves and mittens knitted throughout the year::

Love your "days out" post...
I've always wanted to visit England at Christmas time. Those villages look so charming!
Lovely post. I adore Norfolk and the coast especially. Fancy a day trip to Holkham for picnic and knitting in the van sometime in the summer?
